NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002947 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gina Eddins, Melvin Eddins, South Pointe of Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK 26, SOUTH POINTE PHASE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 62-1 THROUGH 62-9, BOTH INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
