NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mariam Mapes a/k/a Mariam T. Mapes, Unknown Party #1 NKA Chris Hagerty, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
