NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004051 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Brentwood Hills Homeowners' Association, Inc., Davy A. Young, James E. Young, Jr, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
