NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005927 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND II TRUST, is the Plaintiff and FLOR DE MARIA ALCANTARA; CARLOS GALLARDO; LOGAN GATE VILLAGES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
