NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-000046 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gene M. Renz, Mary Joyce Renz, Enerbank USA, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, CHESTERFIELD HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
