NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 8, 2016, and entered in case No. 13-005305-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GOSHEN MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY V. DOMANICO, INDIVIDUALLY, NANCY V. DOMANICO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE NANCY V. DOMANICO TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2010 and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME) are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on FEBRUARY 3, 2017, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, SUNSET RIDGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property address: 1470 Ridgelane Road, Clearwater, FL 33755 (“Subject Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
