NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005150-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA10 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA10 is the Plaintiff and Armando Florez; Rosalba Rojas De Florez; Gladys Resto; Woodstone Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 22nd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, WOODSTONE SUBDIVISION PHASE II, AS PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 14-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
