Unit 40905, Phase 5, Stonebridge Reserve, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments recorded in Official Records Book 8928, Page 1428, as amended by Fifth Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 9708, Page 5080, as re-recorded in Official Records Book 9714, Page 4367, as amended by Sixth Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records book 9708, Page 5082, recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, as subsequently amended. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Eric Nordback, Esq., Lender Legal Services, LLC, 201 East Pine Street, Suite 730, Orlando, Florida 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
