YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiff, SIXTH ATLANTIC GULF PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, LLC, against you seeking to quiet title on the following real property located at 3625 Woods St., Orlando, FL 32805 in Orange County, Florida:
The North 55.0 feet of Lot 13, Block 97, ANGEBILT ADDITION NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book J, Page(s) 124, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JEFF A. STONE, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is BLACKBIRD LAW, PA, 390 N. ORANGE AVE., SUITE 2300, ORLANDO, FL 32801, on or before March 8th, 2016 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
