NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001037-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and CHENET CLAUSIN; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA; DHAN INVESTMENTS, LLC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LACHANDA MITCHELL-CLAUSIN A/K/A LACHANDA GAIL CLAUSIN A/K/A LACHANDA G. CLAUSIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, PINE RIDGE ESTATES SECTION SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 105 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
