RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 13, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013767-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001, is Plaintiff, and HUGH COHEN MILLER A/K/A HUGH C. MILLER A/K/A HUGH COHAN MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 63, Forestbrooke Phase 2, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 55, Pages 56 through 59, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
