NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005121-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JASON BERRY and KATHRYN CHANDLER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 238, ARBOR RIDGE PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
