NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007743-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE CSMC 2014-RPL3 TRUST, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2014-RPL3 is Plaintiff and HERBERT R. PALMER AKA HERBERT P. PALMER; BETTY JEAN PALMER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, RIVERSIDE PARK ESTATES UNIT SEVEN, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE(S) 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
