Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, entered in Civil Case Nu mber 2015-CA-004629-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES W. ULMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19, LAKE SYBELIA COVE, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49 Page 18, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 2ND day of March, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
