NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001215CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM C. YOUNG; MANUELA C. YOUNG; SUNTRUST BANK;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3, BLOCK 4818 OF PORT CHARLOTTE, SECTION 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 59A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 9220 STEUBENVILLE AVENUE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
