NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-003805 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc., an inactive Corporation, Donald Deboer, The Fourth Bayshore Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
