NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003362 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a Division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, formerly known as World Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Carrie Jean Scarlett a/k/a Carriejean Scarlett, Unknown Party # 1 N/K/A Michael Mcwhirter, Unknown Party # 2 N/K/A Crystal Mcwhirter, Westbury Court Homeowners Association of Manatee, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
