NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2016, and entered in 41-2015-CA-004466 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-H1 is the Plaintiff and JOANN L. LEMPFERT; RICHARD D. RODGERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANN L. LEMPFERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD D. RODGERS are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
