NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 7, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in County, Florida, described as:

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 24th day of February, 2016 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
