Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, TOTTEN & MADDUX`S , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH 131 FEET OF THE EAST 243 FEET OF THE SOUTH 561 FEET, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
