NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on JANUARY 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-964, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, PLAINTIFF is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEEA, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PAUL BURKE; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLE AT LELY RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VICKI DEMIROZU; THEODORE E. HENN, JR are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash Live Sale - in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 25, 2016 at 11:00 am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10901, OLE' AT LELY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGE 615, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
