Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JAMES NUTOF A/K/A JAMES J. NUTOF; FAIRWAY PRESERVE ATLODE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HERIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are defendants.
