NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No.: 1501493CA15 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FIRST-CITIZENS BANK & TRUST, Plaintiff, and STEVEN M.
JOHNSON and KATHRYN I JOHNSON Defendants, the Clerk of the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier Co. Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 25 day of February, 2016, the following property:
TRACT 16, LESS THE NORTH 190 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 165 FEET, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 49, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
