NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 27, 2016 in Case No. 53-2013-CA-005334 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit for Polk County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD COSS, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via on-line auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on February 26, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, VILLA SORRENTO, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 40-41, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
