NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment (IN REM) of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of January, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-03611 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor by Merger to the Bank of New York, a Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2 by American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., as Attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and Grant Arthur; Tammy Arthur; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, INC., as Nominee for GB Home Equity, LLC; Waterways of Naples Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 361, Waterways of Naples, Unit Six, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 91, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
