NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 24, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-001696-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID L. CHYNOWETH, JUDY C. CHYNOWETH, (DROPPED) UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, (DROPPED) UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, PALMETTO RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WACHOVIA BANK, NA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25 day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 28, PALMETTO RIDGE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 88 and 89, Public Records of Collier County. Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
