NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-002318 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff and THOMAS DONAHUE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA CLINTON BICKFORD, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 NKA LISA DONAHUE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25 day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 67, BLOCK K, POINCIANA VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
