NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 004719 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Phillip Jon Pifer a/k/a Phillip Pifer a/k/a Phillip John Pifer; Unknown Spouse of Phillip Jon Pifer a/k/a Phillip Pifer a/k/a Phillip John Pifer; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 29 FEET OF LOT 23 AND EAST 41 FEET OF LOT 24, BLOCK A, JACKSON HIGHLANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
