NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 003617 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and VAN G. FUSSELL, JR; FAIRWAY VILLAS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MIT LENDING; NORTH PORT COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES AND SUMTER GREEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40. BLOCK 3, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 37, 37A-37C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
