NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, and entered in CASE NO. 2012 CA 001298 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and JANICE L. MAPLES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, DBA DITECH.COM; JOHN TENANT; JANE TENANT; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com @ 9:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, SARASOTA COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 2120, PAGE 2643, ID #0853-06-0021, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1,2,3, BLOCK 6, PROSPECT PARK. THE W 1/2 LOT 1 AND LOT 2, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE W 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 6, SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 5, PROSPECT PART, PB 1 PG 150 BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM JAMES M. WATTS AND RHEA M. WATTS, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 2120, PAGE 2643 DATED 4/12/1989 AND RECORDED 5/11/1989, SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA. THE COVERAGES PROVIDED BY THE CLOSING PROTECTION LETTER PRINTED ON THE INSIDE COVER OF THIS COMMITMENT ARE EXTENDED TO THE PROPOSED INSURED LENDERS IDENTIFIED HEREIN AND TO THEIR BORROWER AS APPLICABLE UNDER RULE 4-185, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
