NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-002864-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein HOP TRUST 2013-1 is Plaintiff and AMANDA RODRIGUEZ, MAURICE RODRIGUEZ, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OF ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, LITTLE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, of Little Ridge, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 61, at Page 76 through 84, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
