COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 47, NORTH OF RIGHT-OF WAY, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREE 51 ' 30” WEST 125.15 FEET;THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 52' EAST 383 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREE 52' EAST 72 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREE 51' 30” WEST 95 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 52' WEST 72 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREE 51' 30” EAST 95 FEET TOTHE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID TRACT 47 BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 68 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE A STRIP OF LAND THIRTY 30) FEET IN WIDTH, ABUTTING THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY ON THE EAST AND RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH THE LENGTH OF SAID TRACT 47, FOR THE PURPOSES OF INGRESS AND EGRESS. THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED BEING LOT 33 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SUBURBAN HOMES SUBDIVISION, IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 3/6/16/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
