YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
The East 100 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 150 feet of Tract 17 of Port Richey Land Company Subdivision of Section 10, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the North 25 feet thereof being subject to an easement for public road right-of-way and/or utilities, being Parcel 3 of the unrecorded plat of BAYONET POINT ESTATES. Together with that certain 1969 PACMK Mobile Home, VIN 8952, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before 3/6, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
