NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001476-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, KENNEDY, BRENDA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 36, SABLE RIDGE PHASE 3B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, AT PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
