NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002103 ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Jocye I Koprowski A/K/A Joyce Koprowski A/K/A Joyce Inez Thorwer; JOHN T KOPROWSKI; Tenant #1 N/K/A Stephen Dion are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 9, BLOCK C, ZEPHYR PARK A RE-SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
