NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 18 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006950 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association as trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2007-OA3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and William J. Barr aka William Barr, Country Walk Homeowners Association, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, Mary T. Barr also known as Mary Barr, Tenant # 1 also known as Yesenia Gutman, Tenant # 2 also known as Isreal Gutman, William J. Barr, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2nd of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
