NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 13, 2016, in Case No. 2014-CA-003183 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Capital Income and Growth Fund, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Maria Victoria Johnson, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 1st day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24 LESS THE WEST 11 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 7, BURNETTE PLACE ADDITION TO DADE CITY, FLORIDA ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
