NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003347 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for MortgageIT Trust 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Centennial Bank s/b/m to Heritage Bank of Florida, Maurice Lorenzo, Northwood of Pasco Homeowners Association, Inc., SunTrust Bank, United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Vioma Lorenzo also known as Vioma Pena, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 3rd of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
