NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003588WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Angelo Rivera; Leticia C. Rivera; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; and Tenant ; Unknown Tenant NKA Vincent Spadola are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 689, HOLIDAY LAKES ESTATES, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 132-133, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
