NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-010319 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, is Plaintiff, and CINDY DRUMMOND, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5 and the Northerly 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 7, PLAT OF MORRISON GROVE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 54, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. A/K/A 717 S. Newport Ave, Tampa, FL 33606-2932
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
