NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2015, and entered in 2008-CA-018392 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RUTH E. DIEHL A/K/A RUTH DIEHL, DECEASED; DEBRA ANN WYATT; MICHAEL THOMAS WYATT, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH E. DIEHL A/K/A RUTH DIEHL, DECEASED; MICHAEL THOMAS WYATT; DEBRA ANN WYATT, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH E. DIEHL A/K/A RUTH DIEHL, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
