NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-008793, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and EVERETT R. KEITH; CAROLYN DYAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN DYAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVERETT R. KEITH AND UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
