UNIT S, OF INTERBAY OAKS A CONDO PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4995, PAGE 527, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON SURPLUS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 6831 S WALL STREET, TAMPA, FL 33616-2533; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
