NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-007141 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and CATHERINE L. MONAWECK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 1, LAKE ELLEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 60, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
