NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-008785 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, ROGER A. KIRK A/K/A ROGER KIRK, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 15th day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 12, OF OAKS AT RIVERVIEW, ACCORDING TO THE THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
