Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-012503, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and NORMA BERRIOS; EDWIN AYALA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORMA BERRIOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWIN AYALA; WELLS FARGO BANK NA; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; REDHEAD FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CLERK OF COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DENISE A. AYALA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; UNKNOWN TENANT # 3; UNKNOWN TENANT # 4, THE NAME BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 24, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7903A LANDMARK COURT, BUILDING 34, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
