NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 48-2015-CA-007143-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ANGELA O`GRADY, THOMAS H. O`GRADY, UNIVERSAL BOULEVARD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 40501, Phase 1, Vista Cay at Harbor Square, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 8613, Page 1168, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Boo 8620, Page 3104, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8669, Page 1526, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8736, Page 4315, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
