NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 013187 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and MARK D. RISNER A/K/A MARK DAVID RISNER A/K/A MARK RISNER, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-H 246-02-7219, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK D. RISNER A/K/A MARK DAVID RISNER A/K/A MARK D. RISNER, UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block C, Royal Estates, Section One, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book X, Page 90, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
