NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004964-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL E. PONCE A/K/A DANIEL PONCE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 186, OF EAGLE CREEK PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 137 THROUGH 153, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
