NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038661-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for CSFB HEAT 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Jane Mcglaughlin; The Unknown Spouse of Jane Mcglaughlin; Raymond Kalkowsky; The Unknown Spouse of Raymond Kalkowsky; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Household Finance Corporation, III; Sandy Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, SANDY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 117 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
